Yes. Most of our clients are outside the Bloomington area and we work fully remotely for all of them. Project collaboration happens through structured video calls and shared design tools. Location has not affected a single project outcome in eight years.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time. We ask you to compile all notes before submitting them rather than drip-feeding changes. This produces better results for you and lets us maintain delivery timelines.

Identity and branding work: AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, and PNG at all required configurations. Packaging: press-ready PDF with bleed, trim marks, and colour profiles. Presentations: PowerPoint, Google Slides, and PDF. Social: PNG and template files in agreed formats. Spatial graphics: production-ready PDF with all specifications documented.

All fixed-scope projects are paid in full at time of order via Stripe. For Prestige and larger custom projects, milestone payment structures are available on request before any order is placed.

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. The brief call is scheduled within that window. Everything is confirmed in writing before design starts.
